How to Train Your Dragon 2 Atmos - Blu-ray Forum

With the trailer for How to Train Your Dragon 3 released a few days ago I decided to rewatch 2 for the millionth time (some exaggeration). I noticed near the end of the credits it said (an I'm paraphrasing) "Dolby Atmos in Select Theaters". All of the blu releases has DTS-HD MA 7.1. I was wondering how often is it for titles that presumably have an Atmos master to be released in Atmos now that more home setups are Atmos enabled.
I also noticed someone on YouTube had really pleasing 4k upscales of scenes in part 1 and part 2 (Illegally of course). Could they be waiting on part 3 buzz to swell before releasing a 4k upscale with the Atmos master?

Universal is releasing the first two on 4K UHD presumably around or before the theatrical release of '3' - so I'm assuming they'll either encode the 4K with Atmos (fingers crossed) or god forbid remixed to DTS-X (7.1.4) - hope that sort of answers your question.
