I'm liking the new blu cases found on 3:10 To Yuma... it's a mix between the 2 other cases... looks awesome!!! hope to see these more often!

I don't think it's really different, little over excited about it I think...the blu ray logo is actually smaller but has metallic finish. Die Hard 2 actually uses the same one

crappy quality pic but the diffence is the blu-ray logo is chrome but not 3D

Is it embossed? The problem i have with some of the embossed ones, is that when i peel the security sticker off, its removes some of the silver from them.

It's the Elite case, but the logo is chrome, instead of just plain silver paint. However, it's not engraved like the other case.

As it has been stated already on this thread...

This is fine, unless you have those manufacturers who put tape over that logo and when you take the tape off it pulls the lettering off.

Edit: I have 3:10 to Yuma and I haven't noticed if it took off the logo or not. I'll have to check it.

These are basically the standard cases from "Elite" which Warner and Fox are using. The only differnce is that the "white" BR logo is now silverish and embedded. Lionsgate has used this on ther new releases so far.

Thats why they should all use the stickers that are cut around the blu icon. Some have those stickers and some don't its a little odd.

Yeah, it is weird. Some stickers are also ALOT stickier than others. I have one movie, forget which it is, where i still have residue on the case because it was just on there so tight.

I have a couple of Warner titles with that case. I still prefer Sony's the best, though. They're somewhat thinner, and the engraved Blu-Ray logo looks cool.

I like the "embossed" logo SONY and DISNEY has been using. I think FOX has recently adopt the embossed logo case on some of their latest releases. I hope all company united one case which is embossed logo case that will be TRU-BLU for sure

I think you're confusing things

The pressing facility orders cases. The customer may state a preference. Fox and WB use Deluxe, so they get the same "print logo" cases, because that's what Deluxe orders for example.

A single company can never provide all the needed cases, and they all have their own patented designs.
