Is GPS something that can be "added" by firmware to the slims?

That's a seperate model, right?

The GPS attachment works with the original PSP model and the slim/2000-series.

Thanks for linking this Shin-Ra.

Great info! I'm very excited for 2008 for the PSP. Sony continues to show their dedication to making a quality product by expanding on it's functionality at every opportunity.

Thanks for the response Shin-Ra - anyone ever tell you, you are an extremely valuable person to have around.

Between this and Skyp (or however it's spelled) - the PSP is becoming much like the PS3 for me.

I bought - and I am happy with my purchase, but Sony just keeps making it better and better - and many times, the improvements are free.

It doesn't get much better.
