Default ELite 94 Help? multi zone?

Anyone have experience with setting up multiple listening zones on a receiver?

Here is what I want to do, trying to find out if it is possible and what equipment I would need.

Have VSX94THX Pioneer Elite Receiver.

My wife would very much like to listen to CD’s, Internet Radio, and FM from the Kitchen. Our receiver is in the basement.

I am assuming I have to run some kind of cables from Zone 2 outlets on the receiver but, what do they plug into?
Is there any type of touch screen or other device that my wife can easily change what she is listening to and volume level from the Kitchen?

I have never tried the whole house audio thing and could really use some suggestions here.

Call a local custom installer, he can help you pick out some powered speakers, and wire you up with a repeater in the kitchen.
