I'm not usually into these kinds of films, but I *have* to own all the vintage Ozploitation, so...

I lucked into finding out about this release and now I have to have it, mainly because Centrespread looks awesome. I was never that sold on Felicity, but perhaps if the Umbrella presentation pleases, I will pick up the Severin Blu-ray for the additional content.
I will admit to being a bit concerned about the amount of content on one disc. 176 minutes of feature is fine, but how long are those extras? I wonder if "Confessions of an R-Rated Movie Maker- Extended interviews from Not Quite Hollywood with John Lamond, Glory Annen and Gary Wapshott" is really two extras, an interview running eight minutes and a series of interviews running 58 minutes that was also on the Severin Blu-ray. And then, Centrespread has an interview (which might be in HD), but also makes mention of an "Alternate UK cut" amongst the trailers, so is that the film or another trailer? If it's the film, that could be another 70-80 minutes in (hopefully) SD. That could mean the disc has 176+ minutes in HD and then 130+ minutes in SD extras... ![]() |

Am I the only person who actually saw both these films on their first release decades ago?
I like Felicity, though found Centrespread an utter bore. To it's credit it was attempting something a bit more beyond most of the sexplotation of the era if I recall correctly. |

I wonder if it might play better today, especially as a time capsule. Looking at Umbrella's trailer, I can tell already that it has much more and better nudity than many of today's erotic films, and I certainly can't say it looks boring. |
