Default "Welcome To Blu-Ray.com" Sticky?
With the influx of folks either new to HD formats or converts from HD-DVD coming to the site, would it be reasonable to create a "Welcome To Blu-Ray.com" sticky under the Newbie Discussion board with a warm welcome and a link to the "Posting & You" thread?

It seems like a lot of new posters have said they were hesitant to post. Might be a nice way to transition them in, give them the lay of the land and make them feel right at home. (not that we regulars have a hard time welcoming new folks. On the contrary, we are a very friendly bunch!)
