These two Koch releases (28.3.2019) were just brought to my attention:

Haha, you thought it was that bad?

I'm a huge fan of the original (it's a top 5 entry matter of fact) but I know this will be something completely different. I really liked what I have seen in the trailers so this will be a blind buy for me.

Can't wait and I'm really glad it's coming on UHD!

Sounding like every other person talking about the remake, just watch it for yourself and make your own opinion. People have been incredibly divisive over it: You'll either love it or hate it. I personally loved it and actually think it works better than the original, but there'll always be people who'll call blasphemy. So just keep an open mind when you watch it I guess.

The ultimate edition is €99 ?
Also see it has 7.1 sound listed and not Atmos which worries me, considering it also has 1080p in the description I presume it needs an update

Yes, this are obviously just the BD specs. It also says region B. Their site doesn't appear to be "4K ready" yet. It's the same with Neon Demon: https://shop.kochmedia.com/shop/de_D...ILM&id=1017937

So we don't know anything about the 4K specs yet. (reg. Atmos I don't really care anyway - what I do care about is not having to deal with a Lionsgate BD encode of a (supposedly) 4K DI movie)

I hope it has HDR as well. Regarding the price being wrong, I don't think so though. We don't know what's included, but if you look at the Mandy Ultimate Edition, expect a media book, soundtrack CD and Vinyl and some clobber to be included. And Mandy costs 60 € at some retailers already, but includes only a 7" Vinyl single and comes without UHD. (I don't know Mandy's recommended retail price.)
