I just want to say this to all who have been supporting HDDVD over the past week.

You really thought that HDDVD would win?

XD losers!

Just give it up you pathetic pieces of trash!

"buh buh buh, teh paramount and teh universal are still supporting HDDVD!!!111!!!1!! "

I guess all this was for NOTHING huh?

HD-DEAD fanboyz are usually made up with X CRAP BOX supporters, M$ lovers, immature teenagers, 1st person shooter games worshipers. Its not really surprise to me they put out a post like that. It just another evidence to show what they really are in real life

On one hand I don't believe in taunting people when they are down. On the other hand, I think they kind of deserved it. Let's face it, most people that bought into HD DVD made a stupid decision, I don't feel bad for them.

PS: the guys who bought HD DVD when it first came out made some sense, but anyone who bought into HD DVD in the last 6 months is just a fool. Likewise, anyone who buys an HD DVD player now, after the Warner announcement, is pure stupid.

There's no need to post that just to hurt the HDDVD owners. They know where they stand & nobody needs to punch them in the throat with it.

Anybody that bought hd dvd in the last year deserves a knuckle head award for stupidity. They are the same idiots who say Nielson numbers don't mean anything and it's all about attach rates.

Bottom line they deserve to be ridiculed if they continue to spill the hd dvd propaganda.

Not everyone who bought into HD DVD was automatically an asshat.

And to have one of them be so abusive to his fellow fans... that's just subhuman.

Most of us here are not children. (360 vs PS3)
But those bad apples tarnish our reputation.
Same deal with the HD-DVD supporters.
We are all in this for the same reason.
We want our movies in HD!

Enough already.
We need to embrace our HD bretheren and welcome them.
Once they see a Pixar movie on Blu, that is all the reasurance they will need that the right path has been chosen.

Can I get an AMEN?!

So if the tide had turned in the other direction, it would be ok, with some of you, to have them come here and pull the same stunt?
Prince once said "act your age not your shoe size".
Immaturity will accomplish nothing.

It really wasn't an easy choice in the beginning, I thought long and hard on which to choose. Lucky for me, I'm and Panasonic / Sony fan

Eh, just to be fair, not everyone that got into HD-DVD last year did it out of stupidity hehe. For example - I picked up 360 add-on so I could get Serenity...because to me, my desire to support Serenity/Firefly outweighed my desire to see HD-DVD die hehe. (And now that the rumblings of a possible sequal are starting to have some weight, I don't regret that one bit). Meanwhile I bought an extra 10 or so Blu-rays, to cancel out that purchase.

So just saying! *some* people might actually be quite intelligent and have real legitimate reasons to buy HD-DVD in the last year.

Amen! Come Christmas/Hannukah/Kwanzaa/etc 2008 we'll all be happily buying Blu for friends and family with nary a red case to be found on the shelves...

Except for those poor lost souls in the corners of the interwebs bemoaning how the one true great hi-def format was torpedoed by a second-class gaming console...

Seriously: truce, already.

UNIVERSAL new statement will probably re-engage a "mostly ended" war but at least, more and more people are opening their eyes now and coming to blu
