Chaganty and Ohanian wrote the film's script.

Paulson's film credits include Carol, 12 Years a Slave and The Post. She was most recently in Oceans 8, and in TV earned an Emmy and other awards for her portrayal of Marcia Clark in The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story.

Paulson is currently in production on Ryan Murphy's anthology TV series American Horror Story for FX.

The Sarah Paulson-starring suspense thriller Run is set for a wide release on Jan. 24, 2020, Lionsgate said Thursday.

The studio's Summit Entertainment title from the creative team behind Searching will be directed by Aneesh Chaganty.

Paulson, Chaganty and Ohanian are represented by CAA.

For someone who supposedly never leaves her house, she sure works a lot.

I'm not familiar with Chaganty -- will research -- but if Sarah's involved, I'm immediately interested.

Chaganty got a lot of good press for Searching last year, which I still need to see. And I like Paulson, too.

I thought this thread was regarding the 1990 film "starring" Patrick Dempsey and Kelly Preston. I'm sure somebody out there is hoping for a Blu-ray release. If you're reading this, and you remember the movie I'm talking about, congratulations!

It looks pretty good but it seems to be riding on the coattails of The Act. I just watched that last summer so it does make this seem a bit less interesting. Either way I'll probably take my mom to this for Mother's Day. 😛

Damn, I wish I'd only seen the poster and the director's name attached to it. I'm afraid the trailer and the synopsis say too much. I hope there is more to it than what I'm already piecing together.
