The Strangers: Prey at Night - unrated cut?

I have noticed that the local release of Prey at Night features no special features - is it safe to assume that it's just the theatrical cut on the disc?

Hard to say without a comparison. Both versions are of identical length. Universal in these cases usually puts the unrated cut only on the international non-US releases though.

The unrated and theatrical are identical besides a little cgi blood added in two scenes.

Can also confirm this is a BD-25, whereas the US edition is on a BD-50.
