New animated Spawn set for 2008 on HBO - Blu-ray Forum

This is really great news. The Spawn TV series that was on HBO originally was released in 1997-1999 consisting of 3 seasons.

The new 2008 Spawn animated series was introduced at the 2005 comic con but spawn.com hasn't updated any news for it since 12/23/2005. However IMDB.cm has a 2008 listing for it....

Either way I'm glad to see the animated Spawn back and since HBO is blu exclusive I can't wait to get the first 3 seasons on blu!!!

Awesome... I loved the HBO Spawn show. Hopefully they'll animate it widescreen unlike most cartoons.

Loved the original series. I look forward to the new and the old appearing on BD.

I would think about getting HBO to watch this, BUT then I would get hooked and HBO would cancel it.
