i might just want the normal edition if it has better artwork (and surely a better price) but if this is limited edition I figured I might as well lock in a preorder then wait and see what the other options are, nothin to lose ~

I still haven't moved onto 4K. I thought about it, but there's really no point right now. So, I think I'll just pick this up before it disappears.

Same, I can't really justify buying a dedicated player when my ps4 plays blurays...if the PS5 plays UHD then I'll make the jump at that point

I wonder if all the bonus features from the store-exclusive bonus discs of the individual seasons will be included in this set. Would be an instant-buy for me. That's also what happened for the complete series set of Lost (the German version at least): There was a dedicated bonus disc which summed up all features of the individual store-exclusive season bonus discs.

If this were $150 or less first-week, I'd definitely grab it, as selling the DC could probably push the whole thing under $100.

That all black is most likely a placeholder.

It says 'custom-design.' Which I'm assuming implies the purchaser has a choice of which artwork they would like for their set.

Imagine if there are customized artwork featuring House Stark, Lannister, and Targaryen among other Houses that each come with their own specific memorabilia?
