Guys, how do i add a UK UV digital code to database ?, cant see where to do it, want to add UK version of The Book of Life UV, thx

I tried this but cant see the create UV button from here https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-B...lu-ray/113434/

CREATE FROM PARENT ENTRY

You need to create an UltraViolet movie from the parent movie entry. Go to the parent/master/theatrical entry and click "Create UV".
