My Target had a pop-up display of Warner Bros. Iconic Moments slips for $5 each. All that was left was Seven and The Shinning.

Was briefly excited until I saw that the ones I would have wanted (Beetlejuice, Gremlins, and Goonies) were all DVD and not Blu-Rays.

I recently picked up The Wizard of Oz and The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, both with the Iconic Moments slips. Is there a title on here that includes the slips, and can I include them in my collection? I’ve seen a trend on here where new editions with new/exclusive slipcovers aren’t added to the database.

I normally just note it in the comments, but I generally only keep one copy of a title in my collection and sell off the ones I re-buy for slips. What trips me up is sometimes is when a studio releases a whole slip collection, but I don't know what it's called, so keeping track of titles that have several slip re-releases can be trickier.

I noticed Walmart has these now. There might be a few that were not in the Target offering, but can't recall at the moment.

You missed a few there (at least if my WM is anything to go by). I’ve also seen Gravity, Sherlock Holmes, The Fellowship of the Ring, and Gran Torino (may still be forgetting some).

I saw those as well. Some were Dvd though

You're right. Went to another Walmart and those were there along with The Hangover with a tiger in the cover.

I’ll have to grab 300 and Seven. My copies don’t have slips and who knows when they’ll have a 4K release.

Can somebody please add these to the database? Like, the movie and the Iconic Moments slip? For now, I just have the normal editions of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring and The Wizard of Oz logged into my collection, and I’d just like my online collection list to be more accurate.

Welcome to the forums! Do these have different SKUs? That's probably the only way they'll be added to the database. Same with the Lego ones you mentioned in another thread.

Depends on what an SKU is. I have no clue what that means.

Oh, a bar code? No, these are the same editions as normal movies, they just have different slips. When I scan it, it takes me to the normal listing. But, this shouldn’t matter, because my edition of Kong: Skull Island is the edition that has an exclusive slipcover and has Godzilla King of the Monsters movie money. I have it logged on the site as such, but when I scan it it pulls up the normal version. So this shouldn’t matter, should it?
