Has any other actor had such a precipitous decline in the quality of their movies? His first two movies are all-timers, then virtually everything else is mindless drivel.

I would say The Meg and Hobbs & Shaw have put him back up there TBH.

Great thread, I have almost all of Statham on Blu-ray except Gnomeo and Juliet, not my style so pretend he didn't do it.

Turn it Up & Mean Machine are very small parts and not worth it. Be nice to see London on Blu-ray though.

I did not know about the Truth in 24 release. No idea what it is but I'll see if I can find it. I have every movie he's done.

Wrath of Man was my best film of 2021.

There's been no decline.

The Meg was also excellent as a fun popcorn film.

Jennifer Lopez's best film in a while was Parker and she worked well with Statham in a supporting role.

Home Front was also very good.

can't agree. sure many aren't great but most are worth a watch at least. Transporter movies are all good and the 2 Crank films are good as well. i really enjoy him in the Expendables movies.

You must not have seen THE BANK JOB. Excellent old-fashioned British heist thriller, and superior to his first two films IMO.

"The Mechanic" and "Killer Elite" were my introductions to Statham. They aren't masterpieces but I thought both were pretty solid action movies, besides the crappy ending to "Killer Elite".

It seems like the US, French, and German releases of the Transporter movies all have exclusive extras or benefits.

I had forgotten his brief cameo in Collateral until I watched it again the other night.

I’ve been arguing that “The One” needs a 4K release. It’s got the basic ingredients that the 4K crowd goes nuts for. It’s even a Sony title to boot.

Blitz is very underrated, in my view. As with the great The Bank Job, The Stath is not cast in the way he often is and the fact he plays opposite the brilliant Paddy Considine and Aiden Gillen is reason enough alone to see it.

I really need to check out Collateral again after seeing these titles listed, as I don't remember his cameo in it at all. And I've seen it three or four times.

Yeah, it's sad but its still on the shelf for the time being. Apparently, this is because the villains in the movie are Ukrainian and they thought it would be in bad taste for Ukrainians to be seen as villains with the war going on. I don't want to get too political but that seems more than a little insulting to the public's intelligence, as if the public isn't capable of realizing that it's just a movie and not indicative of the Ukrainian people.
