Default iTunes 4k Movies Flashing

I noticed with tvOS 13, the 4k movies in iTunes have flashes during playback. This issue occurs in the TV APP and in the iTunes movie app. In Vudu and MA, no flashing occurs on screen. Is this a known issue with tvOS 13 in the tv app and iTunes movies app with HDR content (HDR10 and Dolby Vision)?

Have had that issue launching movies from the TV app but not using the iTunes Movies app. Stopped using the TV app due to issues like this. No problems with the Movies app though.

What flashing is it you are getting. I’ve noticed on some of my movies the colour changes as if a filter has been applied. I’ve noticed this on blackkklansman and in gremlins. It seems to be specific scenes rather than random (ie if you rewind them they do it at the same scene). This doesn’t happen when I watch on my iPad.

I've been having the same issues across multiple movies. The shadows cast noticeably blue. I have a ticket in with iTunes and have been back and forth trying to get it fixed. They have yet to identify the issue.

I also noticed some flashing lately. Changed the chroma setting to 4:2:0 seems to have fixed it for now
