Default Ode to my LG 42-inch Plasma TV - 42PN4500 HDTV

Love this TV. Five years ago, I bought it new from Dell for about $150. My wife prefers it to the 4K TV in the living room, which she thinks looks too artificial. Even though it's 720p, the picture looks great. I'll be sad when it dies.

LCD, LED, OLED, and any 4K/8K TV's are the very definition of artificial picture quality. Keep that plasma as long as you can... I'm doing the same, and I also have my eye out for another Panny plasma on my local classifieds that I'd like to snatch up as a backup for when my current 8yr old one dies
