Anyone know how soon these show up on Bullmoose for pre-order? I have money burning a hole in my pocket to place an order. I notice this label also is releasing Ridley Scott's The Duellists. Will grab that one as well.

Seeing as Imprint is an Australian speciality label IDK if they will show up there but I venture there’s a good chance they show up at Deep Discount as the first batch of Imprint titles were available for preorder there and very rarely sell anything other than releases that have Region A playback

3 of the 5 in the first batch are available fro preorder through BM as well. I just figured they would put this one up as well. Don't order much through DD. Probably should give them a look.

So BullMoose has been carrying these titles? If so, I will wait until they put the latest batch since I really want A Place in the Sun.

Yea, the only one of the first batch I can't find a preorder link with them is Waterloo. The other four are all up and I already have preorders for The Duellists and Sorry, Wrong Number set up.

Nice, I found Sorry, Wrong Number on BM. Hopefully, someone will here will post the link to this film when it goes live on BM. It seems their listing of War of the Worlds '53 has the Waterloo art. I typed the UPC from the Deep Discount Waterloo page in the BM search bar it showed up listed as War of the Worlds which I already preordered the upcoming Criterion version.

Hoping this gives Paramount the needed kick to finally bring this out on Blu Ray in the States.

Ok, well that is completely different from this WOTW preorder page which has the correct artwork. Maybe that page is actually for Waterloo but is labeled WOTW. The UPC's are completely different. Hmmm...

I went to watch this last night and when I put it in my Panasonic DP-UB420 Player about 60% of the movie has no sound whatsoever. some of it you can hear the background music but you can't hear them talking. I had the same problem but for only about 5 minutes on War of the Worlds. Every other Blu-ray and 4K movie I put in plays fine. Can anyone help me here or does my player just have a problem with Imprint films.

Thanx

Can’t comment on A Place in the Sun yet but I had no sound problems with War of the Worlds

Just tested my copy of A Place in the Sun with no issues.

Have you tried changing the soundtrack?

I have the UB820 btw. My player does most things fine except for two discs that no one else have problems with (even my cheaper Sony player plays them fine).

Thanks mate I'm at my parents house at the moment because it's their anniversary but will try changing soundtrack when I get home. Thanks a lot for your input.

I'll just throw in my two cents worth. I have just flicked through A Place in the Sun stopping about 15 times during the film and the sound played fine at each stop.

If you’re playing through a receiver maybe check what setting it’s on. I know with a few settings on mine it completely loses part of the soundtrack.
