It is a pity that only the cinema version is edited in 4K

I am glad arrow is releasing this but their BD is already fantastic and should serve me well for a while. But if you don't have the arrow release and/or want the film in 4K its worth it.

The current arrow blu already looks stunning. We need "Legend Of 1900" in 4k.

Link didn't work but the Blu Ray 2020 version is there, don't see the 4k yet but they are going to have it 😆

Crap. I don’t have any problems with the Arrow BD I already own, but that packaging is absolutely stunning. This might be tempting.

I’m very disappointed that the Director’s Cut didn’t get the same 4K treatment on the Blu-ray.
Would’ve been a day-one buy if they had that.

Make sure you pre-order the correct 4K edition. Both listings have the 4K symbol below the item but the higher priced listing and one with the HDR logo cover art is the correct edition.

I have a feeling they will be reaching out to many early buyers to confirm which edition they meant to order.

The theatrical cut is my preferred version, so I'm okay with this. And I really like the cover art!

Yeah that is what I think I will not like about some 4K upgrades.

I can see this happening to a film like THIEF ... my preferred version is the original theatrical version because of the color timing. I wouldn't mind the Dir Cut of it didn't have the color tint alteration.

The “color tint alteration” of “Thief” matches Mann’s original answer print.
