Arrow UK & YouShop

I ordered some Blu Rays in the recent Arrow UK sale and used NZ Post's "You Shop" for the first time since Arrow UK doesn't deliver to NZ. The courier company Arrow UK used however only used part of the address provided by "You Shop" and someone delivered it with no city let alone street address. Anyone have any experience with Arrow UK orders going missing or using "You Shop" ?

I tried to contact the post company first that Arrow used only to be told that I need to contact Arrow directly. Arrow sent me an e-mail on Friday asking me if I had checked with my neighbours for the package. (Obviously thinking I live at the address I used). I answered that quickly and waiting on a follow up. Wont be super angry if it's lost, but it's put me off ordering from Arrow UK or using "You Shop" again.

Arrow definitely ship to NZ, unless that’s changed very recently??? The Game LE was sitting on my front doorstep today (6 days from the UK to NZ) and I ordered half a dozen discs from their Camp Arrow sale last month. Using YouShop UK for Arrow titles makes no sense...YouShop UK will charge you 15% GST on top of Arrow not removing VAT, plus YouShop’s high shipping price, plus a Covid surcharge probably, like YouShop US do.

Did you only order the game ltd from arrow? Arrow is ex expensive these days for shipping how much did that cost to ship?
Was it packed well how did they pack it? Was this standard or tracking you used?
Im waiting for my order on a few items on there camp sale and dont think its even left uk yet. So no sure the game edition so quick even zavvi stuff dont come that quick.

£12.00 - but it's oversized book and pretty heavy, so it makes sense to be more expensive than a standard Blu-ray. Anyway, I just used 1200 reward points to cover it and it cost me nothing.

I chose the default standard shipping, looking at the box it went Royal Mail tracked. The box itself is one of those cardboard wrap-around types - it arrived nice and minty so I have no complaints.

My Camp Arrow order was shipped 4/7 and arrived 15/7, so 11 days. 5 discs shipped for £10.00 which isn't expensive. Maybe the lesson is to order early in the sale so your package doesn't get caught up with everyone else's.
