Default Orville Season 2 DVD - Help me determine if this mine counterfiet please!

Does anyone here own Orville Season 2 DVD set? I purchased this recently on 3rd party seller on Amazon (but fullfilled by Amazon) and I am pretty sure I received a counterfeit.

I received an error when ripping Disc1 with makemkv: Error Message: https://ibb.co/mbyBB0S (although Disc2, Disc3, and Disc4 did not see this error message). I posted error on MakeMkv forums and that is when I first discovered this is likely a bootleg / counterfeit DVD.

My "MakeMKV ripped" episodes and file sizes for my Season 2 DVDs are aprox ~40% smaller than my Season 1 episodes: https://ibb.co/M5xsp6B

Nero Info Tool Disc details for Disc1: https://ibb.co/jwks0Cg

CDBurnerXP Disc details for Disc1:: https://ibb.co/Z6f5QbW

I cannot imagine this being legit given the facts not copy protected. But I would also like to know how much larger the original episode files are. Does anyone own the disc and can you confirm either a) episodes should be larger in size or b) dvd disc is copy protected or c) disc should be dual layer ?
