Which series finale was better? Lost or Game of Thrones? - Blu-ray Forum

Nine years ago, George RR Martin expressed a fear that Game of Thrones would "do a Lost" at the end, an expression he used pejoratively. What do you think? Did this come to pass for GoT? Was using the Lost finale as the baseline for this sort of comparison warranted in the first place?

Game of Thrones did much worse

Lost's finale was weird as hell, but at least it was nuanced, gave the characters their proper send-offs, and at least attempted the feels.

GoT's was all "Can we please just end this already? We have a Star War to rui-I mean make!"

Battlestar Galactica's finale was much closer to the bulls*** that was GoT. I remember GRRM got straight up pissed after BSG ended.
