Default Why is Italian Job so expensive?

I am new to BLU and wanted to purchase Italian Job which I actually dont own on dvd. I noticed at Amazon and its 35 bucks and on ebay its near $40. What on earth? Is it being removed? Sort of confused!
Thanks

Its Paramount, and I think the ones being sold are basically just leftovers from when Paramount was both RED and BLU

So, snagging it at bestbuy for $25.00 would be wise? I do have RED so maybe ill just snag it on that platform! Thanks for the reasoning.

In about 6 months it will be as common as any other blu-ray. I say wait it out. I bought that and a few other Paramount releases in Nov before they became hard to find.

Like you, I believe Paramount and Universal coming back to BLU is inevitable, but is what you said confirmed or just wishful thinking?

Hey,

It's because they show you how to steal a truck load of gold.

That's got to be worth something.

I would bet Paramount in Blu this year... like before May.

I can't see them sitting out xmas 2008 as HD-DVD exclusive. Hopefully retail will force their hand by mid 2008
