Woohoo! I have never imagined I would win anything like this. All I did was sign up and got something in my email today stating I won 100 blu-ray movies and a player!

The movies will be selected by Amazon. The person I spoke to said rest assure that the movies will be good movies and not movies that are overstock and back logged. Here's to hoping I get the Panny player and movies I don't already own.

Update 3-26-08:

Here are the unboxing pics of my winning. Too bad I got the Philips player instead of the Panny or Sony. Oh well, I'm just grateful I won 100 movies at least!
















Now there are about 10 movies that I already have. I got a few weird ones like Stomp the Yard and I Know Who Killed Me. However, I did get Lost Season 3, all the Pirates, 3 of the Die Hards, Pixar Movies, etc.

The request for your SS number is apparently legitimate and is listed on the Amazon site in the contest rules section. Sorry if this caused anyone any pain. (Amazon states they never ask for SS numbers in their FAQ section)

unfortunately you will be required to give your ssn to claim the prize, they will file a w9 with the govt and you will have to sign an affadavit stating that you are not emplyed by amazon
