It's finally coming out, looks like it will release on horror streaming service Shudder first.

If scores taught me anything, it's that I shouldn't trust them because a film can be far better than what critics rate it, and even the overall user score on IMDb, too.

Just finished the film with the wife and we had a blast. She loved it and I got a lot of laughs out of it. Very colourful, very gory but still quite family friendly imo.

I think the Blu Ray release is February and Shudder in March. It is releasing on shudder after it has a chance to sell some copies.
