Superman.

Easy.

In fact, there were a few characters in End Game who could 1v1 Thanos (especially without the stones).

Even with the stones, I still say Superman.

Time Stone is obviously made of Kryptonite, so....

But Endgame Thanos doesn't have the Time Stone, or any of the stones, for that matter.

I'll even give Thanos a hand in the gauntlet (but not wearing it), so he can pull out any stone like he did vs Captain Marvel.

I’m not sure why Thanos has to be the version from Endgame. Although, I’m assuming you mean Thanos from the final battle, who is pre-Infinity War.

Either way, I’ll have to go with Superman. However, I imagine that all depends on where the fight takes place and if Thanos has access to Kryptonite.

If Thanos does manage to win, can Bruce Wayne ask Alfred to figure out time travel, after he puts away the dishes? This way Bruce can go back in time, and warn Superman how Thanos can defeat him in a fight.

Cool, I didn't realize there was a section dedicated to ideas like this.

I just noticed the last post in that section was from 2015. That partly explains why I don't remember it.

On paper, Superman easily wins assuming his intentions to kill. Hell, Wonder Woman could probably kill Thanos and i wouldn't be surprised to see Aquaman give a good go of it too.

Nothing and no one can defeat someone that has all the stones. If we're talking about Thanos with all the stones, he can easily make anyone turn to dust.

I don't usually do this, but I'll take a stab at it. How about if Superman had attained the Infinity Gauntlet? No weaknesses and Thanos would be one-punched into dust. No Gauntlet for either and its Superman in a clownstomp.
