Google Play has an offer for one new release movie rental at 0.99 cents for select customers.

Log into your account, go to their front page and you'll see the offer as you scroll down. Click redeem and it will add it to your account. You'll see the discount applied to the rental (not purchase) in your cart before checkout if you added it correctly.
