Default Subwoofer Recommendation: SVS vs PSA

I am wanting to upgrade the subwoofer in my HT system. It will be used exclusively for watching movies. I currently have an SVS PC-2000. My HT room is 11' x 14'.

I have narrowed my options down to the SVS PB4000 (or PC), PSA S1812, and PSA TV1812.

I don't want to go over $2,000.

Not sure if you already made the choice. I think PSA TV1812 is more bang for buck and even competitive with PB16 ultra.
By the way your post will get more attention and responses if you post in subwoofer section of this forum.

it always depends on the room size and material of the ceiling / walls / floor which reflect the sound. I have actually my speaker/subwoofer by Teufel (THX 4) as I had limited space for a subwoofer. Even the subwoofer looks and IS narrower than an usual "Cube"-Subwoofer - it still sounds amazing and sometime I have to turn down the volumes/bass

I'd look used, people are always upgrading their subs for something bigger and louder, you can get great deals on used ones to save a couple of bucks.

I have had PSA in the past. Underpowered! Personally it soured me on internet direct manufacturers.

Because of that I got into subs with their own calibration capabilities. PBK and ARC. Never looking back. So much better. More articulate, tighter, quicker.
