Curious why a blu-ray release of Private Benjamin is taking so long. This is one of Goldie Hawn's best films and funniest movies. It was a hit when it was released in 1980.

I see Wildcats in coming out on blu, but we need Private Benjamin too.

Also Bird On A Wire is coming to bluray soon as well! I think Private Benjamin will come to bluray at some point

I want this Blu-ray in the future and neither Warner Archive Collection or Shout Select can release. Good movie

Also love to see another Goldie Hawn's film on Blu-ray with Foul Play and Protocol as well and those are my wishlist. I never seen Seems Like Old Times and Swing Shift yet and I will check it out rest of it.

I saw this DVD at Walmart yesterday $3.74 and so I already have it in my collection.

So still waiting Blu-ray

Yes along with 4Ks of Cuckoo Nest, Barry Lyndon, and Dog Day Afternoon this is going to be a very big year for WB catalog titles North by Northwest, Blazing Saddles, and The Searchers are just the beginning. I mean Seven and Amadeus next year along with these titles too I'm pretty excited honestly.

If reading the chart correctly, it looks like the movies in the bottom section are for anniversaries, not for 4K releases. It looks to mean they are getting BD releases and will be anniversary editions. 4K would be nice, but it’s not really mentioned (IMO).

Still pretty cool that it's getting a new release along with anniversary Editions of these films too its going to be a big year for catalog titles from WB in 2025.
