which was your favourite year for 3d since it came out on tv?

as per title
as 3d scrapes along now commercially, we still have some big releases and old restored titles, and a massive back catalogue that can be bought for next to nothing in what is by far and away the best format.

but which year do you look back on most fondly?

i loved the initial hype, but too much poor equioment and drought of content

probably 2012 for me, it was still seen as a big thing, stores were hammering the content, dual play gaming, 3d surround systems instead of shitty soundbars, and there were some great films out by then
