Default Fast & Furious/Jurassic World Crossover

https://wegotthiscovered.com/movies/...rld-crossover/

Obviously this is just a rumor at this stage, but would you actually be interested in watching this if it were real? Personally I would love it! Both of these franchises descended into self-parody years ago, so just keep hitting the accelerator on the crazy until the money stops. Imagine Vin Diesel and Chris Pratt driving a Dodge Charger up a T-Rex. Are you really too good to be entertained by that?

Looking forward to Vinny punching a T-Rex in the face and knocking it out cold while Tyrese drives a Honda up a Brontosaurus ass.

Interesting, there isn’t actually a single quote in that whole article, and the source is a link to a patreon of another journalist that’s paywalled. I don’t think there’s a single bit of truth in there.

That said fast cars vs dinosaurs is the exact style of stupid comfort food I’d subscribe to.

Citing from that fake news website should be a bannable offense.

I am aware that We Got This Covered is a trash website. As I said, this is just a rumor and the only discussion to be had at this point is: do you like the idea? What would it be like? But if you would like a more credible link, here is one from last month where both Justin Lin and Michelle Rodriguez are quoted. They were both recently asked about the idea and gave very wink wink replies.

Just wait until Universal makes the Back to the Future and Schindler's List crossover. Back to the Fuhrer?

They have to release the Finding Nemo/The Meg crossover first.

A T-Rex swoops in at the end and eats Hitler just in the nick of time.

Ugh. I don’t care for the F&F movies. Though if it ever happened I’d probably see it.

Universal values the Jurassic franchise far too much to put it in crossover territory.

Vin Diesel revs a engine loud enough to out-roar the T.rex, asserting dominance.

The Jurassic movies have always shown that dinos and cars don't mix, in a good way. Could be fun.

I'd rather we get a Pitch Perfect/Fast & Furious/Jurassic World movie.

"Look, I'm Fat Amy, and I'm riding a dinosaur. Except I'm not that fat anymore."

Ummm... that was Brian Tee from The Fast and the Furious: TD in JW (he was one of the InGen hunters out to get the Indominus Rex.)

Luke Hobbs is framed for a crime he didn't commit but while trying to escape hits his head and suffers amnesia. And that's when he discovers he is the reincarnation of the Scorpion King! So he needs help from both Jason Bourne and Gabriel Van Helsing to bring balance to both sides of his identity. When he fully regains his memory, he remembers Chucky's plan to unleash an army of Graboids upon an a cappella singing competition taking place at Isla Sorna.

Part of me says this is crazy but I could imagine them attempting this once both are more dried up. I mean both franchises still making billion dollars maybe when they hit 400 million they will consider this option LOL
