88 Films are branching into the US (from October 2021).

Was this film ever released on Blu in the US? I had the Media Blasters DVD but never actually watched it and never bothered to seek out an upgrade.

If 88 are starting to release films in the US, are there any real barriers to them bringing over their Jackie Chan movies stateside?

I hope so. But I'm really hoping much of The Shaw Bros catalogue will also be available over here as well.

This is the first BD release of this film in the world. 88 Paid for it themselves.

Rights for some of them considering some already have US BD releases.

Its one of the best Nazisploitation films & an excellent Video Nasty too.

This is one of the better Nazisploitation films, yes a much maligned sub-genre, and expectedly so.

The original VHS from Video City was uncut, as well as the Media Blasters DVD was also uncut.

But Severin's Intervision DVD was edited, especially missing the entire final sequence, which really added a dramatic punch to the film.

A very good exploitation film, characters you care about, and a great haunting score as well.

I know these films aren't the most politically correct, but they were definitely a genre to themselves back in the grindhouse days. Hopefully, more are coming, as they have been very ignored on Blu.

And also great to see 88 Films enter the US market!!!

The BBFC banned this again recently & I think it was shortly after they banned Love Camp 7 (which was to be a VOD release).

There's No cuts as such with the Media Blasters release but At approximately 47:00 the sight of a penis has been darkened.

Most of their Jackie Chan releases were region B locked, so it reasonable to assume they don't have region A rights. 88 Films isn't a label that just locks everything by default, only if they have to.

I highly doubt it considering the first one has been released by Mill Creek & Sony & the 2nd one by the latter.
