In my opinion, this thread and the Vertigo thread should have been placed in the International subforum until North American individual releases are announced.

From that back cover silhouette, one would think that Hitchcock is a man who…..knew too much.

From Universal's website. I find it a bit strange that it's not having DTS:X, but then again they have been wrong in their audio specs before.

Disc doesn’t have DTS:X and thank god it doesn’t. Original audio mixes for the win.

Have to agree with you.
If the 5.1 remix on Vertigo is anything to go by, it's all for the best that there's no surround remix done for Rear Window.
That remix still gives me nightmares.
