Sing 2 3D Blu-ray + Blu-ray Withdrawn version missing images from right eye (does not affect 2D disc)

Sing 2 3D Blu-ray Corrected version

Sing 2 was dumped out flat on disc worldwide everywhere except Australia where Random Space Media briefly released it on 3D Blu-ray before withdrawing it due to on-screen text (lettering on signs, business cards etc) being missing from the right eye view.

Turbine in Germany have now released a corrected version on 3D Blu-ray.

Both editions are REGION FREE.

When RSM's pre-orders were sent out a small issue was discovered (on-screen text is missing from the right eye view). Universal Sony Pictures Home Entertainment were unwilling to fix it so the release was cancelled.

Only the Turbine disc contains the corrected version.

As most of you are aware our team has begun processing pre-orders for our upcoming 3D releases Sing 2, Minions: The Rise of Gru and The Bad Guys.

Unfortunately we have been made aware of the weekend that there is a defect with the 3D disc for Sing 2.

Our team has been in touch with Universal Sony Pictures Home Entertainment regarding the issue and we are working closely to see if we can rectify the issue.

Currently Sing 2 3D will not be available to order until this issue has been resolved.

Furthermore, we will not be shipping any more copies of Sing 2 3D.

We are very sorry for the issue, however we kindly ask that you please be patient while we try to fix the problem.

Thank you all for being so patient.

As most of you aware there was a defect with the Sing 2 3D disc. Unfortunately we have been unsuccessful in rectifying the issue with a replacement disc.

Every customer will have the option to return their item for a refund, or if you would to keep it you will receive a AU$10 gift card to use in store.

We are very disappointed that this issue has occurred and we are saddened that this will be the only release available.

In light of many people still wishing to purchase Sing 2 3D, we will be making a small amount of units available to order. It will not be available to order anywhere other than our website, and there will be a maximum of 1 unit per customer. Any order placed for multiple units will be cancelled and refunded.
