Film Synopsis
Marvel Studios’ Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings stars Simu Liu as Shang-Chi, who must face the past he thought he left behind and confront his father, leader of the dangerous Ten Rings organization. The film also stars Awkwafina as Shang-Chi’s friend Katy, Meng’er Zhang, Fala Chen, and Florian Munteanu, with Michelle Yeoh as Ying Nan and Tony Leung as Xu Wenwu.

Interesting there is no mention of a Steelbook anywhere for this in the US. Is Disney dropping out of the Steelbook market for Marvel titles or are they going the double dip route by not releasing it day one?
I thought for sure with Disney releasing this exclusively in theaters first that we'd see a physical release before it hit Disney+. (You know, like the old days.) I was hoping for late October.
Buying the UHD regardless, but knowing it will be free for D+ subscribers 18 days earlier means I'll most likely watch this first via streaming. Sigh.
May have to give up completism on the MCU physical media. Too many lame movies like this one, Thor: Ragnarok and Captain Marvel. Can't justify having stuff I'll never watch again just to be "complete."
Love half the movie (the first half). That half is good enough for me to pick this movie up. The action (first half) is awesome. It's a pity the movie becomes a CGI mess but that has now become how superhero movies end.

I gave it up with Doctor Strange, to this day the only Infinity Saga movie I've seen less than two times. (Although, Black Widow marks the only MCU movie I've seen zero times; even after reading why Marvel didn't make it during the Infinity Saga, Black Widow's demise in Avengers: Endgame makes it feel very awkwardly timed.)

WandaVision, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, and what I heard of Loki makes me fear that Marvel's tendency to stumble at the third act has also given them an inability to produce satisfactory [season] finales to their Disney+ shows.
