I watch Entourage, but I don't know if I'd be willing to buy past seasons on blu-ray, I mean, the show is amazing, but no. Rome was quite the extraordinary series, but I'm not too sure I want to watch it again either. Maybe if if had a bunch of extras and it was a year later or something. I've already seen the DVDs though I don't own them.

I'll take all the CYE, Entourage, Sopranos and Rome they put on BD. No word on future releases yet.

Has anyone heard any news if HBO will be putting anything besides Sopranos on blu for the moment?

You mean Season 6: Parts 1 and 2. And yes, that's it.

But HBO so massively overprices their stuff that neither set has sold very well. I wouldn't count on them jumping to release back catalog product/seasons anytime soon.

one and two had great prices for the quality of the show and the PQ/AQ amazing I'd have paid 200$ per

Really want ROME and ANGELS IN AMERICA
have held off buying both for High Definition.
Already have the boxed set of SFU. Think the first 2 seasons are 4x3, so I'm not sure how or if they'll rerelease.

My problem is repurchasing the series I already have..... I'd love to see them in blu, but for the price, I can buy another T.V.!!! I have All of the Sopranos, and all of the CYEs on Standard DVD and the price to replace them all is just too much. If Sopranos Season 1-5 were say...... $80 each on Blu, which is way less than MSRP would be, and CYE was $30 per season (like weeds for instance) You're looking at over $700, and then I gotta rebuy the Entourage's I already have....... heck no.

I've replaced a lot of standard DVD movies I have with blu (just because there aren't that many quality titles released yet) but I gotta draw the line at T.V. Series.

Band of Brothers was announced by HBO awhile back. Hopefully that sees release this year, maybe this summer, that would be nice
