Italian cyberpunk cult movie. I wish someone picked it up for a remaster and a blu-ray release.

Same. I love it so much. One of those strange "comfort" movies for me. To escape reality.

Thanks for letting me know about the BD release. I need to get some info on that. I'll get it even if it's Italian only.

I can confirm: the Italian CG release has not English subs or dub...

For what it's worth on this site it says the Italian BD is getting rereleased on 4/18:

Likely the same disc but there is always that possibility they added english audio or subs. Don't count on it though. I did not buy the Italian BD because I don't speak Italian and I would not know what the hell is going on. Same reason why I never bought the BD for Antarctica released in Japan because it's all in Japanese. It's a waste of plastic imo when studios don't add english audio or at least english subs.

Hmmm. both listings have different numbers.

It's to bad the Italian BD does not have english subs because reading this makes me want it even more now.

Unfortunately, the 4K version was not financed by the "StartUp" project, a kind of crowdfunging where users pre-purchase a number of copies before the film is actually produced, so we had to "settle" for having only the Blu Ray...

Comfort movie is right, I just put it on again now. The English version though, I have the Italian DVD as well but it's finicky depending on my player.

Still hoping for an American Blu-ray..
