Sorry for the off topic, but Finland is not part of scandinavia. It's a Nordic country though.

In a perfect world, V would only stay as a VHS release.

I am also hopeful that the first 4 movies get individual releases... I haven't picked up the Star Trek 4K set and in light of what happened w/ Indiana Jones (individual steelbooks) I'm now waiting on them. I want all of the TOS movies, yes even part 5.

No way, they need to give Shatner a budget and finish his director's cut!

If I’m being perfectly honest, V is the one I want the most on UHD out of all six, largely because of that gorgeous Yosemite footage. Bonus points if they rebuild the opening credits!

Star Trek V is awesome. It has the best character moments of any of the films.

Row, Row, Row Your Boat > The Kelvin films.

And will the folks in Finland stop threatening the Russians! You're liable to start WWIII with your insane ambitions.

VI is my favorite Star Trek film!
And I prefer the extended cut.

Both versions would be perfect!
And yes I like all of the Trek films (except maybe IV) even the more flawed ones like V, VII + X

Yes, Star Trek 4 is a perfectly made movie for the story it is trying to tell. It's the longest of the original cast movies with the exception of the motion picture. It has time to breathe it has the least cut out of it of any Trek movie, the FX are solid -- but I just don't care for it very much. I usually prefer to watch the other movies that are clearly flawed such as ST 5. I don't mind a comedic episode or 2 during the course of a season but for movies that come out every 2 to 2 1/2 years? -- no thanks.

I have the box and I'd get VI but I'd be willing to wait a long time before I bought V

I don't care if the 4K set is incomplete. I actually like that these two films weren't included.

In fact since VI was the last Original Cast film it would be nice to do a special edition of the movie like they are doing for Motion Picture.

I never watch V and would just want it for completion's sake and besides I already have several bluray copies of it in box sets and even the DVD.

I have them all on digital too when Apple had an insane discount for the Star Trek films and each time a 4K title comes out they upgrade the digital which means I'd have V on 4K digital.
