Weird that they’re flip flopping the art between the US and UK. I’m guessing it’s just to get more sales before Halloween Ends?

Yeah it was. It’s cool that Universal is offering another chance for buyers who missed it the first time around or the copies that was badly damaged. I’ll pass on double dipping though, since all it is a color switch lol

Missed out on the first steel and I actually prefer these inverted colors. Thus it all works out in the end and I didn’t pay a ridiculous amount to a scalper.

I absolutely loathed the original Halloween Kills artwork when it was announced. I thought it looked super cheap and uninspired, especially compared to the original Halloween 2018 steelbook which was literally a work of art.

But as someone who actually liked Halloween Kills (the Michael scenes more than made up for the hospital scenes), the original red Halloween Kills steelbook art grew on me. It looks very b-movie/grindhouse and so over the top. And seeing them side by side really shows that.

The UK version of the steelbook looks very plain in comparison. Glad I got the first release.

I never jump to the secondary market and pay an inflated price to a scalper. In the past year or so we've seen "hard to find" exclusives like Zack Snyder's Justice League and Who Framed Roger Rabbit pop back up online or also in stores. Patience is a virtue so I'm glad people that missed this the first go around have another shot at it.

I missed out on the first steelbook and was pretty bummed…..until I saw the movie. It’s a shame I’m not a fan of the movie, otherwise I would jump on this because it’s a great looking steelbook. I’m not sure if I like the red release or this one better, but both are sharp.

Almost considered getting a scalped copy of the original version on eBay. I am really glad I didn't. I like this new one with the inverted colors more than the original anyways.

This is better coloring than the OG. Missed out on the first one, so I'm Definitely gonna grab this one whether or not I have to buy online. Hopefully stores get shipments.

My H:Kills steelbook was just delivered by FedEx. It was packaged and shipped in a box, as opposed to those flat, cardboard ravioli mailers.

Heading out the door to run errands, but will open the box and inspect the steelbook when I get home.
