However, I got the game for $39.99 at a random sale at Target, so I can't complain :-D

are you all sure this will actually cost money on the ps3?

I thought sony was all about everything extra being free. I know microsoft's greedy ass will probably make activision charge $15 for the 360 maps, but I thought our's might be free..

No, Sony's all about letting the publisher decide if they want to give something for free.

It will be nice to have new maps but the fact that maps are all RANDOM sucks. So here we will have new maps and we will probably have to wait for them to be randomly generated. I can't believe a game as big as COD can't implement this option. Just a peeve of mine about the game.

I think what he means is he would like an option where u can choose what map you want to play. Kinda like in Resistance. I would love this option also.

Oh, I thought he meant the map layouts were randomly generated (i.e. building in different places, etc). I had never seen a map change, other than possibly being a big smaller or larger depending on the number of participants (I know Warhawk does that, not sure about COD4).
