What does that have to do with any blu-ray release? They also handled the international distribution for Padmaavat, but there was no home video release from Paramount themselves. There were only BD's in India (Shemaroo), Germany (Alive) and France (Condor).
Unless somebody buys the home video release license in some territory, you're unlikely to see a bluray. An Indian BD is highly improbable given that the movie has commercially landed in a Laal Singh Gaddha. |

I’m doubtful Paramount would do Blu-rays of other Viacom titles like Gangubai Kathiawadi either.
Or indeed most new Indian releases this year. Also not only commercially unsuccessful but also controversial for a variety of reasons to the point where it’s been review bombed on IMDb. |
