Default "It Came From Beneath The Sea" or "Earth vs. The Flying Saucers" on Blu-ray?

Ray Harryhausen Collection Blu-ray

Ray Harryhausen Collection Blu-ray Review

Anybody heard if It Came From Beneath The Sea or Earth vs. The Flying Saucers will be coming out on BD? They released 20 Million Million Miles To Earth on BD after the DVD came out but have not heard anything about the other two since they both just came out on DVD. And of course I'm talking about the reissues that have been cleaned up and include a colorized version as well as the (superior) BW version.

I understand that they are in the development process for release on Blu-ray. They will contain both the Harryhausen-supervised colorized versions, as well as the original black&white. No dates given, yet. But, I would imagine that they are not far away. I anxiously await them, myself.

I'll buy these two for sure. Hopefully we will see "The Beast From 20,000 Fathoms" soon.

That's terrific news! I thought the Blu-ray version of 20 Million Miles to Earth was great and I'd love to say more Harryhausens released.

Sign me up now!

On a die note, I was reminded of "It came from beneath the Sea" when I saw a scene in Cloverfield where the bridge is taken down...can tell the director was using that image.

Because they're only in the boxset.

I'd say it's highly unlikely at this point. It's been almost 4 years since the box set was released.
