Happy Feet - Blu-ray Forum

Well this weekend I got to see the IMAX premiere of Happy Feet in 2.39 aspect ratio and me and my friends enjoyed it very much and can't wait to see it in Blu-ray. (Where I can tweak the sound to my liking, I love bass

)

It was disconcerting (But Cool!, as Nicholas Cage would say in Face Off) to see that level of detail inside penguins beaks and throats when they talked

, and the other animals, specially the leopard and elephant seals, looked so amazing it was scary.

Oh and the film is not really about dancing penguins ;-p

Just wish it was released on Blu this week with Ice Age/The Wild. Patience, patience

I'm utterly disappointed and annoyed at Imax KL. They're not showing this in Imax but are showing Casiono Royale, which is not even DMRed!

Ever since, I've been wanting to see it with my boys (as they watch the trailer and copy it) which further cracks me up. Anyhow, definitely looking forward to this one.

Another penguin movie, Surfs Up, looks pretty good too up on Apple's website.
