What is the easist way to connect speakers to the reciever? Banana plugs look pretty easy to connect and disconnect. Is it hard to get the plug onto the wire? The other question I have is what guage wire should I get. I will be using the klipsch quintet II and onkyo 705. The longest any of my speakers will be wired is probably about 15 feet or so?
