jerry seinfeld
blue collar or just any of the guys on their own specials
brian regan
christopher titus
jeff allen
taylor mason
etc etc etc

Ones that were shot on film so would look good on BD or 4K:
Richard Pryor Live in Concert
Eddie Murphy: Raw

Monty Python Live at the Hollywood was shot on a special semi HD format.

Most of my favourite ones are only shot on video annoyingly.
