I've been a huge Turtles fan since I was a very little kid, but I was determined not to see this after what they did to April but all this positive reaction to it...

Maybe one day my life will be so devoid of stress and concern that the changing of skin color for a fictitious comic book character that never had their race as a distinguishing attribute will be considered an actual issue of mine.

First Paramount animated film to get a 4K Blu-Ray release. Real nice.

Plan on getting it on Steelbook, mainly because it's the only way you can still get a 4K/Blu-Ray combo pack from Paramount now.

Anybody want to guess what the bonus features are gonna be? Because one bonus feature I hope they include is an Audio Commentary track with some of the crew members, including Jeff Rowe (Director/Co-Writer), Seth Rogen (Co-Writer/Co-Producer/Voice of Bebop), Evan Goldberg (Co-Writer/Co-Producer), etc, that sort of thing

Saw this Saturday and adored it. Top-tier TMNT; still consider the 1990 film my personal favorite but it’s worthy. The important thing is my daughter (she’s 6) fell head over heels for it and we’re going back to watch it again today. Steelbook preordered.

I had a lot of fun with this one. Great animation that captures the grimy, filthy look of TMNT. Really looking forward to picking this one up on UHD!

Wife and I really enjoyed it. I can't say I've been following this movie, even though I grew up with the Turtles and was a huge fan of the cartoon, along with the 1990 movie, but that's pretty much where my interest peaked. I did watch the 2007 movie, and found it pretty forgettable. Skipped the Bay movies.

Most surprising part for me was how genuinely funny we found it. The humor is more "all ages" than "just for kids", if that makes any sense. Score elevates the material, too. I had no idea Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross were behind it, but it is a highlight for sure. Fight scenes are well animated and easy to follow.

I'm legit excited to pick up the 4K and watch it again. i think all the positive reviews are spot on.
