Did Napapiirin Sankarit 4 ever release on Blu-ray?

Did Napapiirin Sankarit 4 ever release on Blu-ray in Finland? The database (on this site) lists it for March 23rd but I don't see anyone selling it on ebay or Amazon. At the very least there is usually a seller on Finland with it.

Unfortunately no English subtitles though. My wife and I have enjoyed the previous ones, but she doesn't speak Finnish. Otherwise would have bought the bluray

There's a site I used once to generate subtitles called Veedio, if I can get a hold of the Blu-ray I might give it a whirl. I've generated subtitles for Youtube videos I downloaded using their site but I don't remember the cost. The subs it generates are far from perfect (it's automated speech to text) but it helps with understanding what's happening.
