Default Old Classic Films on Spanish Blu-rays (Bootlegs?) Picture Quality and Menus

Do the Spanish Blu-rays of older classic Films generally have menus before the movie starts or do the films start directly. And how is the picture quality? I've read, that many seem to be bootlegs.

I mean Blu-rays for films like "In A Lonely, Place", "The Furies", "Ryan's Daughter", "A Passage To India", "Angels With Dirty Faces", "Mildred Pierce", "The Miracle Worker", "Jane Eyre (1943)" and "The Night Of The Hunter" and "A Farewell To Arms (Gary Cooper)"

Is there a way to determine, what Blu-rays are bootlegs?

All of them are bootlegs, most only BD-R.
If there is a spanish BluRay Release without labeling and no worldwide BD-Release yet it's just an ITunes/Amazon HD Rip pressed/burned on BD.

I know Ryan's Daughter is a BDR, but you have a good chance that they're pressed in most cases. If you go on dvdstorespain.es, they tell you in the description, the best place to obtain them too. They all have menus in my experience and the picture quality is mostly decent, either a copy of another BD or taken from a stream.

"In A Lonely, Place" got a new release in 2018 by Sony, it is an official disc: https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/In-a-...lu-ray/214655/

I guess, there must be more versions of "Ryan's Daughter", I bought mine in 2018 and it is pressed. "The Furies" is also a bootleg, but a pressed one.

I've often browsed in FNAC and El Corte Inglis (lovely stores) looking at the Blu-rays of classic films. The vast majority are bootlegs and which are often pressed. Out of that list they are all bootlegs except "In a Lonely Place" which is on the Sony label and "Night of the Hunter" which is MGM licensed from Hollywood Classics. It's often easy to check images on Amazon Spain to see whether the disc has a studio logo. If not it's sure to be a bootleg.
