the cover art on this is really nice but I am not motivated since I own all the bestbuy exclusives and even went so far as to get the target bonus discs to put inside them when they first released

Looks really nice! I already have the BB collection, and I'm one who actually really likes the artwork on those, so I'll skip this one, at least for now. But it's a nice space saver!

I love this series so much, and I'm still content with (and adore) the individual releases put out by Best Buy. They each hold the 4K disc.

The price is surprisingly decent too at $60. I'm just curious as to the overall design of ther release. If it's truly 8 discs, will that fit in a standard Steelbook? Has that been done before?

Perhaps a jumbo or the dreaded stacked discs, then...

stacked discs on each side sadly, thats the only way to fit

Yeah i also like these and have them.
I don't like this one from two reasons - it has slipcover and without this plastic case it's titless and it has all movies inside single steel which is even more useless considering new movie will come out.

It's based on the book and they didn't split it. I don't see this one being so successful that they make a sequel to it or rush to make some offshoot movie. The prequel book only sold a fraction of what the original series did.

8 discs and only state 2 discs on the back info sheet. I guess they want you to multiply that info x4 lol
