X-Men Evolution HD on (HBO)MAX Latin America, US Blu-Ray Release Possible?

Didn't see a thread on this, but I just found out that on (HBO)MAX Latin America, X-Men Evolution is available for streaming in HD (and has been since September 2022).

While I don't live in LA to confirm myself, based on their official Facebook post announcement and their post on Twitter/X, it seems to confirm the show is available in 1080p with a 4:3 aspect ratio.

This seems to be the only place worldwide the show is available in HD, and the first time its even been available in HD officially.

That said, as it's been over a year and Disney has yet to update the SD version to HD anywhere in the US, so I wonder if there's rights issues regarding the remaster/upscale.

But I do hope that this is a sign that blu-ray release is in the works, as S4 was never released on DVD. Even if it's not a wide release, doing it through DMC like the Tangled tv series would be great.
